記憶中來自書頁上的「墨水味」,透出一種安全感。擷取自生命裡的書籍空間,從偌大的場域到巷弄的獨立書店,我生命裡總有一座座的圖書空間陪伴,隨著空間的濕度與印刷品質,每一本書都有自己的墨水味,將此細膩的連結垂降至商品設計哲學之中。多數為展示品,致力設計不無聊的商品。歡迎詢問與合作。

"The sense of 'ink flavor' represents the core of our product creativity, drawn from the spaces of life found within books. From vast libraries to quaint independent bookstores nestled in alleyways, there are always spaces filled with books accompanying my life. With variations in humidity and print quality within these spaces, each book possesses its own ink flavor. We delicately weave this connection into the philosophy of our product design. Most of our creations are for display, committed to crafting products that are anything but mundane. Feel free to inquire about or collaborate with us."

"The creative prowess of designers in this generation is being put to the test, and if our journey cannot stray from AI, how do we collaborate with it to deepen the 'humanity' of aesthetics? In the realm of content creation, AI's storytelling capabilities have become a tool for designers to rapidly generate output. Feel free to follow my visual laboratory where I delve into experimenting, remixing, and deconstructing various concepts, inviting full immersion and reinterpretation."

稿室物所工作室 XONXON WORKSHOP 作為創意單位投射腦海無盡的想像與嘗試,探索商業定位之餘回朔自己熱愛的事物、專屬的生命歷程,於事將工作室定為:發行者、合作者的雙重面向,商業合作於商品設計、內容設計、藝術指導。創作者共通的衝動,就是創意的湧現與表達,歷經這幾年的撞牆經驗,挖掘到自己獨特的情感經驗,付諸於商品之中。整合於一段話為「Smell like fresh ink,聞起來像是新鮮的墨水味。」象徵著我生命的每一個階段都有一個「圖書館」從小學、中學、高中、大學、服役都有一座密切的「書籍空間」,小學時的圖書館陰暗帶有點濕氣,但藏書量驚人,踩在梯子上去取書的好奇與思索,記憶猶新,當時網路還沒那麼普及,知識獲取的方式非常老派,圖書館借書就像是去釣魚一般,帶有盲選的快感,又有資訊建立腦海中的成就感。服役期間於全台灣最大的藝術藏書環繞,安靜的場域與知識的重量,安穩了當時徬徨的生涯心裡。有些藏書老舊的墨水味、有的是因為輔印因為運送氣溫產生的氣味。在書籍空間中 Smell like fresh ink,的這種特有的安定與自處,作為工作室創意的核心。

As a creative studio, projecting endless imagination and exploration, while delving into business positioning, we trace back to our passion and unique life experiences. The studio is defined as both a publisher and collaborator, engaging in commercial partnerships in product design, content creation, and artistic direction. The common drive among creators is the emergence and expression of creativity. Through years of experiences and overcoming obstacles, we have unearthed our unique emotional experiences, which are infused into our products.

Summed up in a phrase, "Smell like fresh ink," symbolizes every stage of my life having its own "library." From elementary school, middle school, high school, college, to military service, each phase had an intimate "book space." The library in elementary school was dimly lit with a hint of moisture, but its extensive collection was astonishing. Climbing the ladder to retrieve books sparked curiosity and contemplation, leaving a vivid memory. Back then, the internet was not as widespread, and acquiring knowledge was a rather traditional process. Borrowing books from the library felt like fishing, with the thrill of blind selection and the satisfaction of building knowledge in the mind.

During military service, surrounded by Taiwan's largest art book collection, the quiet environment and the weight of knowledge provided solace during a perplexing period in my career. Some books carried the old ink scent, while others had odors from offset printing or transportation due to temperature variations. In the space of books, the distinctive sense of stability and self-reflection, represented by "Smell like fresh ink," serves as the core of the studio's creativity.
